About Aquilla Creek Farms
Aquilla Creek Farm started out as Homestead Farms in 1993. Butch and Diane Tindell started the jelly business and made Habanero, Jalapeno and Prickly Pear Jelly.
In 2007 their son Jacob and his wife, Ahavah took the business over. They added Pear Conserves, Holiday Cranberry and Pear Butter. As our farm grew we added Blackberry, and several other jams and jellies. In 2014 the Tindell family bought a 114 acre farm and named it Aquilla Creek Farm because the property borders the Aquilla Creek.
We now raise cattle, hair sheep, chickens and lots of vegetables and flowers as well as a couple hundred pecan trees. A couple horses and some English Springer Spaniels and thousands of honey bees complete our farm.
We use all organic cane sugar to sweeten our jelly and white grape juice for the sugar free jellies. Whatever fruit we do not have on our farm we buy from other organic local farms.
Our goal is to provide delicious jams and jellies for your family and to support local farms.
Our proceeds go to helping the family farms both in our community and other communities. We hope you enjoy a taste of our farm.
